St Nicholas Early Education is an agency of the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle, one of the region’s largest employers. St Nicholas has two locations at Singleton and Newcastle West, providing early education and care for children aged eight weeks to five years.

Do you have to be Catholic to work at St Nicholas?

No. The diocese employs a large number of non-Catholics across all levels of the organisation, however, employees are required to work within the Catholic ethos, including upholding respect, integrity, hospitality, inclusiveness, forgiveness and justice.
